All bitches must be AKC registered. They must have hip, elbow and eye clearances. Only good, normal or better clearances will be accepted. Also a current negative brucellosis test (within 5 days prior to breeding date). We must be the first attempted breeding during the current heat cycle. We will not try to breed a dog in an instance where a breeding to another stud dog was attempted but supposedly not accomplished. Since Bo is chocolate, he will only be bred to black or chocolate females.

STUD FEE

$400.00 Plus any additional expenses. A $200.00 deposit is required in advance of the breeding. Balance is due 15 days after whelping. A sucessful breeding is considered to be 4 or more puppies. In the event of 3 puppies or less, fee is $100.00 per pup. In the event of no puppies, the deposit will be applied to a future breeding.

BREEDERS INCENTIVE

A 50% stud fee discount will be given to the breeder, on a future breeding if: any puppy in a full liter attains an AKC MH title, or wins any AKC liscensed field trial event (derby, QAA,OPEN,AM) prior to the pup's third birthday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We will try to get a minimum of two ties. At this time only natural breedings are available.
2. Should the bitch become ill or injured, the bitch owner authorizes all emergency care needed. Owners will be contacted prior to care being given if possible.

3. Windmere labs will porvide all reasonable measure to insure the bitches well being. However we accept no liability in the event of her illness, injury, death, loss or other problems.

4. A stud dog provides a valuble service, therefore bitch owners SHALL be liable for any loss of future service due to the bitch owners concealment of any health problems.

5. Bo is guarenteed to be in the same good health required of the bitch.

6. The bitch owner agrees to keep her confined and inaccessible to all other dogs before and after breeding during the current heat cycle.

7. a guarentee of actual mating and ties only, are made, not of pregancy or puppies, living or dead.

8. The bitch owner agrees to keep Windmere Retrievers informed of progress during the pregancy and the whelping.

9. The bitch owner will provide a list of puppy buyers names and addresses after all pups are 49 days old.

10. It is specifically agreed that the owner of the stud will not sign the AKC application for registration of this litter until all fees have been paid in full.

12. All conditions herein apply to the bitch and are not affected by change in ownership of the bitch.
